GSC Law was formed in November, 2017 as a partnership with the idea of providing efficient representation for clients from all distinct and different facets of society. Knowing full well the cumbersome and often marred perception of legal representation, GSC seeks to provide cost-effective, innovative, speedy and purposeful representation.
With lawyers licensed to practice law domestically and internationally, GSC Law incorporates academic and practical tools in its practice. This includes but is not limited to:
- Integrating up-to-date laws from domestic and other sovereign nations in litigation before the Trial and High Courts,
- Drafting and presenting argument notes to assist judges in cases before Trial and High Courts,
- Adaptable, nuanced and effective oral advocacy reflecting the customs of different legal forums,
- Facilitating settlement between opposing parties at all times of representation, and
- Principled advocacy furthering public interest causes.
